Some parts of face suck. But this is pretty good! You might consider wanting to make a Samurai too

you might want try to change his face, his nose is huge and he still have orcish attributes.
nice alphaeing of his tights armors.
but horrible of his ears, they look nothing natural.

it's always to improve, fix those clothes, they look like rather recognizable ingame, but there's always space for improvement.
