I would look gosu if you gave him a bare chest with a strap goin across for a sheath on the back... you could even leave the shoulder patch on the right shoulder and let the strap run off of it..

The clothes dont look that good on him. I would suggest that maybe a Demon Hunter chest would look kinda cool other than that good job.

clothes are no were near night elf you should do a leaves texture on the beard like the arcmage skin and like workskull said try a bare chest -1

that came out really cool looking, you got some crazy ideas in your head, I think it looks better as an elf than an orc, like others have said.
He looks a lot better as a NightElf than as an Orc, 5/5
I dont know about the armour, but it just doesnt look very night-elvish. Night Elves use wooden and leave and rags, you changed alot of things and theres no CnP or what so ever. 4/5

Blade needs to look wooden. Like ironwood. Otherwise this is very well, alphaed out all orcish stuff. I like it
