Very Nice! But when he blinks, does the eyelid show? Or is it alpha'd out? I'm not saying you are a liar, but the armor looks like the steel filter for PSP 9.

the cape is a nice idea, but i would suggest to do a myriad of webs, not to do four big webs you find in the corner of a room. For some bonus beauty, you could make his beard look like hes a part of his beauty. Err, anyway i'd suggest finishing it, a noticeable amount of his armor is blurry. It's not really good to leave something blurry.

no there is no filters it's freehand, except for the hair that i took from KDE's bloodmage like saikann said.

Hair is from KDE's blood mage skin. Or an exact replicate.
Face looks a lot like my arthas, but its certainly not a rip.
the armor REALLY needs some more work. Just sit down (if you plan on improving it) and work on it, do w/e comes to mind.
