Good skin, seems like it'd be a pain to do freehand.
Oddly, this looks a bit like a Fel Tauren. Or a Tauren Dark Knight. Just my impression. Still, 5/5 easily.

you use way too much filters, its obvious you rely on them, thats never a good thing. the worst part is that you applied a filter for the chainmail, then you drew and drew waves. you really gotta work on your freehanding, drawing little waves shouldnt be considered as a valid form of freehanding.
