I can't alpha them out because they are also his weapon. i had to make him a helmet to make them look less disturbing. about the armor - ok.i will add comtrast

I mean no offence, but the face doesn't look much human (i'm not talking about the thusk, you can alpha out them)and the red part need more work. The armor is nice, but needs a more heavy contrast.

He looks like he is covered in mustard and ketchup, he has far more to bright colors but other than that it looks perfectly fine.

The unwrap looks fine, but the model its self is low quality, there's a reason why blizzard never used the model, this is why.
