Bottom part of face looks funny compared to the forehead.

it is indeed freehand, but along with few things, it shouldnt be considered a valid form of freehanding. control your excesive scribble and do your best to do recognizable objects. i see no filters or contour, thats a positive step i belive

once again the scribble effect all over it, are you using the pencil tool or what `? 
Ths is not as good as all the other skins you've made... It is'nt looking that good, actually... 3/5...
