The eyes look a little wierd but it's a good skin overall.

finally, you were in such a skinning slump
its what i've always been saying, you blend it in.
freehand, filter, cnp, all these styles or good for what ever skin your trying to do. freehanding over a filter can go just as wrong as it does go right and in this case its went right, the only problem i have with this skin is that its not exactly original and i dont know how usefull it is but it is a good skin, i like your other ones you've done before pins, this one is my least favorite. 4/5 from me.

pins is riht, only use a filter if you freehand on top of it, a long time ago i freehanded an eye onto a super nova in my frost acolyte.
