if you actually gave it some insignia of the materials its made of, it would be great. (unfortunately, this is one of the most difficult things to do)
So basically add shines and shadows?
Even better shading could be done, more work on it.

It looks like a matrix-ghoul with crazy hairs.. but it isn´t a very good job. I think it´s only useful for a fungame
It's very nice if it's your first skin ! U should work the color scheme but your wires shading is very better than mine...
