its a pretty sweet skin but i think it would be better for a tauron warrior dude
But someone needs to make a "launch" animation for this.
That's fairly easy, just go into mdl and erase all of the attack anims. Then rename the Spell Slam anim "Attack 1". To make the projectile launch look right, set the X to 25, the Y to 0, and the Z to 160. I've tried it with this skin, and it dosn't look that bad.

this puts me in mid to make a tauren mortar model to go with it, mind if i use the skin and give you scredit for the skin and idea?

You alphaed out a little part at the axe.
Now it looks like it has got like two blades or stuff O.o (Look close to notice it, cant be seen ingame)
Also the Axe should look sharper, it looks like some old thing ...
Can you do a Version without the green parts ?
You could also try to put some gear on the lower part of his totem so it looks more like a launcher there
Anyway, good skin, 4/5 but I'll won't rate until you changed it or you denied a change.

€: try to change the axe into something like a "lighter" (i mean the samll things, with red head in this small boxes, darn) and then we can attach a fire-emitter to make it look like he can fire-up his mortar-gear
