here he is, the imp.

i had to retweak the alpha channels before the bloody thing would finally work, and in-game the thing is really weird. i didnt get it to work as mountainking, only as avatar... but meh... i dunno what ent wrong...

i can assure you that the missing of the mushtash doesnt make him unable to speak though, it looks like he speaks while grinding his teeth now =D

whats the path for it i tried "units\human\HeroMountainKing\HeroMountainKing" and it didnt seem to work

Very nice, some parts look kinda "wrong" can't say whats wrong thou, the face looks very innocent and unsure from distance. I'll give it a 4,5/5 I think that will do :P
(I like putting , in the rating, the rating is to "small" so it's better than 4 but not good enough for a 5)

Well put together skin, to say the least. I absolutely adore the purely freehand approach to skinning, really adds a lot of originiality and personality to the skin, seeing as it's made through the eyes of the skinner. (Go figure)
I input a 4/5 for a job very well done.

looks great, and very unique. what inspired you to make it? reminds me of Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and 4. Too bad 3DO went out of business

Kind of wierd when used on a portrait, since MK's only had moving beards, this guy's lower face just moves around a bit. Interesting skin. Surely unique.
