Not my style of skins..

But I'll comment anyway

It may be possible to make the skeletal stuff look like thay are 3D bones, not a hmm.. a bandage on his red flesh. I'm not sure if it is a good idea, just a thougth.
The pants and gloves ain't the best stuff, and you should do something with the blurry blade. And about the hair.. ehh.. wath can I say? bad ..

You have learnd alot but this skin still needs some work... like already mentioned the hair is horrible, the pants aint very good either, and the blade looks to cartoonish and blurry, infact alot of parts does. And lower the size to 256x256.
