The hero is PERFECT for a 90%, i would only really really appreciate if you would recolor the wings. They just dont fit in. I searched for any dreadlords in WoW that looked like this oon google, most of the even did! ONLY THE BLUE WITH ORANGE WINGS!! WHY THOSE BLUE AND ORANGE WINGS!! And if you change that, why dont make his horns a bit darker aswell as in the picture?

This would look better on tichondurous, by the look of the icon,(Im guessing thats from a photo from this is based on).

The blue color from the wings and claws they dont fit , but you get 4/5 from me for the effort

BAH THE WINGS PAIN MY EYES....
please do something better than the wings...the orange and blue do NOT match the color scheme...

other than that, the rest of the skin pretty good CnP (why did you blur it?)

All the blue stuff kinda destroys the rest of the skin, wich is actually very good. Maybe some darker orange on the wings.

Get the blue away and it will be good I think.
