This could probably work as a Hero in DotA. I actually did a Heroconcept for him but I don't know what happend to it. I think this could be used in many RPG's, maybe not as a playable character but as some NPC atleast.
Juice_F: Very nice quality, but odd... Only use for it publically is probably some kind of strange hero arena or hero defense. Can't think of a type of RPG that would use it. Do you think they would use something like this for DotA? Eh, I guess it can be uesd for a lot. Your quality is so perfect. I like to keep looking at it just because it looks so 'perdy'.
