not bad, i liek your shading effort, the only problem is that the skin is pretty mcuh covered in one coloe, try to use a bit more color diversity.

i did the black first and it is impossible to get defintion

Very nice concept, I like what you did with the blades. Doesnt look as great up close, but pretty good in game. I suggest doing something to make the wings match better.
