Team Colour - Modify the alpha layer.
Read the tutorials/stickies in the forum...

And for the skin:
Good, but perhaps you should make the colour contrast even sharper, especially on the chest and shoulder pads.

Can You tell me How to Remove the Spots of Owning Team color on Chest, shield etc? Please help me

Looks very nice, But I guess you would have to change your team color to black/neutral hostile to have the full effect.
