I think that you should redo the face.
Faces are hard to do, so I recommend you CnP the face from the original skin, and recolour it.
Much easier than adding all the shaddows by hand, especially if you want it to look like Jaina.

Need more shading on her skin, do it manually, and smudge them. You must make her face visible and add details, coz that's the main part of the model that shows up on portrait.
You need to make the eyes and brows visible through the eye-cover, like on the Demon Hunter.
The skin needs some proper shading, and smoothen the cloth shaddows.

need fixes in the cloak, and all the body, you must fix this skin. but the idea is good
