LOL, ur joking, right? The colors are fitting perfect, also there isn't much red (for those that are stupid: this are SIGNS).
For my part the Shading is good enough, the skins is already so dark.. For that are the yellow lines: they are lightning it up!

look at the legs and the body dude the shading is horrible, not even noticable. look at some really quality skins like from saikann and others, then take a glance at this one again. you'll notice a big difference, and if not then you're just too overjoyed about making another skin that you're being blinded in pride. your little "signs" look like they were drawn with crayon. they dont fit in. take the criticism or not... just trying to help. btw i still dont like that color scheme, they dont compliment each other at all just kinda stick out akwardly.

ugh... the color scheme gives me a headache. the really dark blue and bright yellow dont fit together imo especially if u throw in that red.
also it needs shading... badly (mainly the clothes) the little shading u did is too close to the original color that it makes it look 2D and makes it look like 3 different colors with no different shades.

I would work on it a lil more and take a look at how pins did his virus guys
