model viewer can convert skins to tga, just go to windows, textures, right click the texture you want and "save it as"

Work out the team colors? Do you mean just replace em so it matches the rest of the skin. I was tempted but im not sure people like it when you take out team colors.

you need to convert it.somewhere in the toolbar gives u the option.

I have Model Viewer but it wont save as .tga, how do u change it into a .tga so i can edit?
