very nice spell !
but i changed it a bit.
i created a bit smaller area and set it around the casting unit . then i let the timestop happen just arround the hero.
I think that whoud be a bit more useful.

Crazy effect... Not so great idea... pausing all the units on the map seems to be very annoying for most people... so you might want to reconsider changing some parts of the spell.
