Arcane Competition: Elemental- Ice

Spell: Ice Storm, summons a flurry of ice around the casting unit, damaging/slowing, and freezing the enemies.

It was a little mess up on the spell i forgot to fix because i thought the deadline was June 1st, because i was rushing.

I would like to know why whenever I cast it, there will be a blue spot at where the caster was originally at the start of the game? (before I moved and casted etc)

Actually no. Deadline is 15 June. It was increased and so, you can work on the spell more (if you think you have to) and only then send me the link to the spell, and don't forget to tell me in which section does it go.

wait, never mind, im too late, i forget i didnt know how to do the date thing upon registering, so i think i put the time on something else. Tiem is supposed to be US Pacific time.
