This spell is for the Spell Making Contest. It is a rendition of a spell from Tales of Symphonia. The damage can be set to whatever you like, just give me credit if you use this. Simply copy the triggers, variables, regions, etc. and add them to your map. Enjoy.
Edit: I've updated this spell to add in new special effects, tweak the cooldown, and set the caster's mana so it can be viewed more often.
