Still not needed on this site. As said earlier it is easy to make such spells, too easy. The spell section is ment to have unique new ideas of spells that people has put effort in. I wait for Vexorian to make an Orb Template... Then absolutly no such spells like this will be needed.

Actually theres an easier alternative to triggers. You can just friggin use Melee Lightning Attack Bonus and chance the chance and what ability to cast. Give the ability to the hero then WAAM!!!! No use of triggers at all!!! How convenient! 
SO? With this system u can make all hero skills passive!! hahaha!!! and if it's easy, why didn't u created it! ahaahahhAHAHAHAHA!
I don't mean the balck arrow skill on the hero, take a look under items I believe and you will find "Lightning Orb" and "Black Arrow Bonus" both passives, used for the orb items
, plus if you really want things like chance to cast Storm Bolt the Lightning or Black Arrow skills are better
I wanna also replay on this. u say black arrow skills. This is unaible to create because 1: u need to turn it on, so its NOT a passive skill. All this are Passive SKILLS. read my other replay, thanks.
I think u guys don't know about what i am talking. And yes, its easy but i was thinking very long for such a system. Anyway, Bolt Strike & Passive Summon are just EXAMPLES! U can use the trigger system for ALL abilities. GOT IT? The name says it: ALL PASSIVE SPELLS! This mean u can add every ability to it, it isn't only about bolt strike... U can edit it to much functions, like : ..%chance to cast slow, ..%chance to cast war stomp on attack, ..%chance to blink out of combat, ..%chance to restore full life,.. u can make so much spells of it, so think of that, eX-AnGeL...
Storm Bolt checks magic immunity, bash works on all units, magic immune or not.
Btw, I thought you might like to know, but Bash works in every same way as Storm Bolt except it doesn't have a missile. I believe Blizzard fashioned Bash to be a cast Storm Bolt on attack one, just that melee heroes don't use missiles, so they didn't give it a missile.
Sorry but No Dice(no credit), what you have done here is easily within the abilities of anyone, plus if you really want things like chance to cast Storm Bolt the Lightning or Black Arrow skills are better. No gonna even rate since it doesn't show anything real to anyone
