Nice eye candy, but you should try to add some negative buff to the enemies, like slow, miss, or anything.
How would I go about lowering the damage? I think it is a tad too strong.

New water spells is always good. There are far to few of those and it's difficult¨
to get good ideas of such spells.

Far to powerfull to be used as a hero skill but very usefull for cinematic effects.

Looks very good. Personally I didn't like the beams of water comming out from the missle water pillar.
