Based upon my knowledge of Megaman X, what it SHOULD do is the following

1. Make your X glow all goldy and stuff
2. Make your X fly at enemy
3. Make your enemy die horribly

So... what does it do?

yah it's still just a lil bit buggy but kewler than that dumb nova strike megaman does in the video game rpg
