changing dmg of spell to 99999 isnt a good test, also you should make it so that i kills the unit through triggers so dmg doesnt matter

Test or no test : Make an cool spell, and not a simple that everyone can create. Make spells where we can learn about and not just a simple storm bolt.

nothnig interesting in this spell, not good 1/5 if its yr new spell u should have put this in spell catorgory triggering this so weird??? 
I just dl and tried it. It Sucks... all u did was turn Storm Bolt into a 1 hit KiLL 
unless the Enemy had over 99999 which can be done. 
But STILL its an improvement from people who cant do it so i still give it a 2/10 or 1/5!
