IN PhotoShop you are able to chose what quality do you want when saving on JPG. When you do BEST it looks no worse than the .PNG image.
I edited it in with an added ability, for example use of the target spell.

Umm, .jpg saves the same in every program I have. I use Paint Shop Pro 7.
JPG format makes the screenshot look really crappy.
Then don't use paint. JPG is perfectly fine otherwise.
