Lol you talk about reality ? What it is real in it ? When an armored knight try to walk on ice, he has his back on the ground and cant move, that's it ....
This system is REALY bad. Leaks, and is realy UNIFFISHENT I counted 2-3 uneesary functions and loads of unnessary BJ calls but thats what you get if you program in GUI.
I say its worthy of a 1/5
Currently this is basicly slipping on a frictionless surface not on "Slippery Ground" and only takes about 1 minute to make better(Increased effiency and less leakage).
The units should be able to build up speed on the Slippery Ground untill they hit a capped limate of twice their normal movement speed (them walking foward + extra trigger moved distance). When the unit passes its ordered to move to area it starts to slow down (continues to move at 2* normal movement speed but this time all he movement is done by triggers and will slowly lower till it hits 0). If the unit is sliding west and is ordered to go north the unit should start sliding north but still continue sliding west for a while as it changes direction.
This would be the perfect Slippery Ground system worthy of a 5/5 if it was like the discription above.
Most people didn't ask questions but those who did...
PurplePoot: No thanks, you can out of your own free will but EVERY part of this system is how I want it to be.
Fire_inferno_II: Wtf are you talking about...
Everyone: Thanks for all the positive feedback, hope you find some use for it.
Also note that collision needs specified units, so if you make a map using pre-set units and want them to bounce off of eachother I can do that for you. Without Jass anyway.
O.o fun o.O there seems to be some major bugs tho... if u want, ill fix it up, post it here and say "original ideas and spell by you, but updated by me"
off topic-what did u think of my hero idea for the contest, Hell_Knight?
i like it cept few things the slide dont look smooth and u shoudl put in a if/then/else trigger to check if there close to and obstacle and make them face other way and move off cuz it he bumps in pengiuin and rapidly goes back and forth.
