Too big effect.. too slow projectile.. projectile launching and end of spell animation not in the same time... too big damage... not interesting for a good map because damage and effect make map unplayable.

My suggestions: Increase the casting range to over 1000/make it so it doesnt hurt the caster/both of the above. This spell can be easily called a suicide attack, as even if you cast it on max range youre caught in the explosion and receive damage.
