Sharp blades whose rotate around the casting unit. But its bad to describe try out the map than you see the spell. (Now fixed I test it in the Leak Check and now after I have fix a little bit the spell have no more leaks)

Congratulations... never saw so leaking spells. ask Icefrog maybe he'll have a job for you. Your spell leaks freaking lot of locations around 17 per second, and I don't care what Leak Checker says, don't trust tools. Better fix that spell, this is so sad.

Yes. And while it doesn't get any worst as you use it, it runs slow and is choppy on my comp. Now i'm not syaing this doesn't work; but it's probabaly not very efficient in terms of effect. It still seems laggy-ish when i cast although that just might be because of the effect. Either way, i still give it a "meh" as a rating. No leaks, but slow as hell.
