It reminds me of Diablo2. Never played with the other two games you said, but still looks good. Could you make another one with better lines to next learnable skill. They look somehow strange for me.
you find them in the Tool "Wc3 viewer" or in the object editor in the editor of WC3 (at the place where you can use a Pic for an abillity or a unit, selekt one, close the window, open the window and than the path of this picture is at the last line.) if you don`t find it than i can`t help you because my english is very very bad
the models are white because they have no texture you must give them an texture in : Objecteditor, destructibles, Object ID there you must write the exaktly path of the Textur then they have an Textur. You can look on my map if you doesn`t understand
Sry for no multiplayer but you can made it. But its only made vor campangnes or oneplayer RPG`s
