I'm not saying that i'm the best spell maker, but i think it's pretty clear that you're fairly new to this. I'd suggest you experiment with world editor for a little while before submitting another spell.

Well kinda buggy...you don't have to stand for making the spell work, 20 seconds for deleating a effect is to much to not use variables, not very eyecandy...if i make a small spell I always add nic effects to make it look good.

this kind of spells need to be "purged". Uploaders must learn to describe their work.
umm theres no name, no desctription, no screenshot so it's kinda hard to see if it's good..
