Okay. Trippledota, I could make this in less than 1 minute (See, that broke the record). The reason why I didn't submit it? It's a STINKING NON-TRIGGERED SPELL that is easily made by basing the spell off of Metamorphosis and making the outcome unit a stationery unit.
You can't argue that Blizzard's spells are all non-triggered because they formatted the spells themselves. You DON'T find Aerial Shackles or Inferno lying around on your computer, much less Firebolt, or Kaboom! you must program them using some weird computer language I yet to understand (I will, though).
Also, since you're 20 years old and want to brag about how you know so much about how Berlin is the capital of Germany, then improve your goddamn English. Please.
And don't complain that I'm a poor little 11 year old with no friends, because I turned 14 a week ago, and as peculiar as I am, I would rather not have friends. So shut it.

Note: though i do not agree with trippledota in his flaming ( flaming is not a justified response to flaming ), my personal opinion is that div has been being quite the troll lately...
Note: tripple, i suggest changing the model of the "water" form, as the Moon Well Buff Art looks kinda dumb on its own ( found this out from personal experience )

And its not very comlicated I think.
I also made a water form spell,kinda different from that, my hero morphs into the water elemental and his body turns into liquid so that he has a chance of 90% to evade attacks, but he cant attack either.
Edit: If you give Div no reason to flame he wont do it.

I have a good job and make more money than we need. I often invite my friends to my home for chillin and nice evenings together. SOmetimes Im working on some wc3 maps. and just for you to notice.. i dont spend half my time to wc3... man eating plant needed about 20 minutes to be made and waterform needed 15 minutes... If 20 minutes are half your time than ure really sad.

I think it would be brilliant giving that to the water elementals, so they can move around in there normal slow form to attack, then to move fast they turn into a puddle, still, good stuff ^_^
