hm, isnt that quite the same like a critical strike, with a bit of a difference of the actually dealt damage under certain circumstances?

anyway, might be at times of better use than critical

Its an ability that is " the user has a 15% chance to attack an extra time" at level 1. Level two is " the user has a 15% chance to attack two extra times". At level three " the user has a 15% chance to attack three extra times".
