Creates a circle of fire with four quadrants. After the circle is drawn, the screen will fade and the casting unit will rotate to face the different quadrants. When you type "-stop," the unit in the quadrant that the casting unit is facing will die.

Instead of having to type -stop, you should make a dummy ability titled stop and give it to the casted while it's spinning.

I started this spell weeks ago. You can tell by the version of the Testing Assistant. It took me forever to work out the bugs, and even now, it’s far from perfect. In the future, I would like to change it from a circle to a pentagram and update the kill effects.
