Creates a dome of fire around the casting unit. The dome protects all friendly ground units within it, making them invulnerable, and kills all enemy ground units within it.
Good because it has a good animation. Though it probably is based on Big Bad Vodoo (dunno... but it would be logical) and well, it makes the caster invulnerable plus kills all the units. Not hard to make but the animation looks fabulous.
ill nvr understand how to import spells and i nvr will i know u have to use script and all that but i just dont get it werte do i put it any way nice spell 5/5 it looks great
I was wrong about what I said earlier. The circles use an animation from the Incinerate spell. While this isn't crucial to the spell, I think that it looks much better than the Flamestrike or Fireball models.
What you should do is update the spell so it doesn't use the BETA 404 Patch. Some people might not want to see the two new neutral heros and keep it a surprise until the 1.17 patch comes out.
You can get the patch by logging into the Westfall server.
@Vexorian
I misunderstood how the patch worked. I thought that any map you made, reguardless of the code, needed a version greater than or equal to that of the version of hte World Editor that made it. In retrospect, I realise that I was wrong.
Why did you use the new beta patch units for this? it only made the map to do not work with lower patch versions, and there wasn't a reason to do that at all, since your code doesn't use any of the new actions
Actually, it doesn't lag that badly. Keep in mind that there is virtually no combat doing on around it. Of course, the lag woulld probably be much greater if it were implemented on an actual map.
I started this as an experiment with domes, but I abandoned the project that I was going to use the domes. As a result, the animation looks more like a cone than a dome. It has no known bugs, but the affected units need better animations. I’m open to any suggestions.
