This spell calls upon the power of the god Odin to do your bidding. He will appear (rather snazzaly) and strike with a random sword from a set of 4 each with a differnet effect and art. Thanks to Antihero, Clotaire and Razorclaw X for the custom models.

Right and Wrong, Gilgamesh came after Odin, However, Odin was in finaly fantasy 3 until they replaced him with lame old giglamesh in final fantasy 8 i think it was... A for effort on the spell :D

Lalalala... Final Final Fantasy. And btw, it wasn't Odin the guy who apeared with the swords but Gilgamesh :lol:. And another FF spell which IMO doesn't fit in Warcraft 3. Anyway... 4/5

OOOOOOO YA IT MAKES MY HEART FEEL GOOD TO SEE PEOPLE TALKING POSITIVELY ABOUT FF8 which by my name you should be able to tell it my fave one second is 6 I WILL MOST DIFFENETLY USE THIS IN MY NEW FF RPG GAME I AM MAKING HAHHAHAHA oops caps lock was on :lol: :cry:

More of a movie then a spell, maby if you work the spell into game play it would be better. Unless this is ment for single player.

Yeah, ok but he's the supreme god of all northern gods and he can look into the future with his blind eye, i'm glad u listend and didn't sarcastic.

Um...interesting metabee i have seen yggdrasil mentioned in many games and always wondered where the ledgend came from. As for the odin part i know that odin actaully looks nothing like the one in final Fantasy but im afraid thats the one i am basing it on. pehaps ill make a True Odin spell :)

Coming from the land of Vikings(Denmark) i know a bit about Odin, Odin had 1 eye, he had 2 Ravens and was very very old, he wore black clothes and was tall. Btw he didn't use weapons he had a staff, looks a little like Medivh.

Sum more about vikings

They had a treeoflife called yggdrasil, then there was Thor the thunder god with the Hammer, that killed when it hit'd and would then return, Thor had a goat 2, that he could eat and then gather the bones and revive it, but any damage on the bones would cripple it when revived, then there was the ogrers wich was kinda the enemy of thor but he didn't kill them at sight, the there was the middle earth worm(midgårds ormen) a giant sea serpent that actually could challenge Thor.

The northern mythology went away when christanity came, many refused joining the new god but in time many became god believer(what ever), now 2day only few believes in them, ppl like hippies or just regular persons.

Ok well thank you very much for your posotive comments. I am now going to retreat to the shadows and reappear with a map that allows you to summon any of they FF8 and more summons like this one (and they will look better) So stay tuned for a Guardian Force spell by me it will be ALOT better than this.

Yes, changing him to Gilgamesh would suite the 'Four-Sword' style selection, as that is what happens in FFVIII. For an Odin 'Summon', you might consider a Mounted-Hero (perhaps a Knight reskin), with only the Zanteksuken weapon.
For the 'Summon', the entrance is excellent, and the random sword selection is an superb feat to overcome, but the actual 'Attack' phase of the ability is a little dissapoiting, happens too quick, and Odin is nowhere to be seen. (This might represent his overwhelming speed, but it would be nice to actually see the attack. :) )

Ok i used that tool thing and now it is full of screenshotty goodness showing off the masumune sword.

I dunno why adding a silly picture makes it any better. Oh well now it has a screenshot you better download it lol

ps. i took 9 hours on this (and learnt ALOT abotu triggering in the process) so please a few...goo comments please?

1: Yeh im gonna update the spell...and change him to gilgamesh perhaps (i have based him on the FF8 character and then noticed i based him on the wrong one lol. Anyway yeh i forgot to put in more creeps sorry just wait about 5 mins after this post

Its not bad. Although, I expect the highest god on the Norse Pantheon to be a little more powerful.

P.S. Add in more creeps. I could only test one ability, and I'm not going to restart three or more times.
