A hero made for the game DotA. His skills are not of the generic template of Warcraft, it is made for DotA, and for that reason he will seem overpowered in comparison to a normal WCIII game. Can learn Holy, Hydro Fusion,, and Elemental Rain

When you stops channeling the heros ultimate, elemental rain, then the spell won't stop. It will just follow the hero.

Yeah I just noticed that...The damage itself stops but I need to check if the hero is still casting the spell to skip the remaining actions, thanks.
