Heh... I wouldn't say that it's weak at all and has a pretty neat effect. Very nice use of the angel/shockwave combo.

Well it is a bit strong? But nice and simple. You should only add to it in a simplistic kinda way dont over do it dude SwordMaster is crazy that way HEH. Though perfect for ultimate I guess.
It is good spell but you need to make the shockwave lot faster than this and you also need more effects
without effects the spell is kinda boring, i am not saying it is bad, so don't get me wrong

hmm... i know this spell... i think i did it in a similar way in my map some time ago... but who cares! cool spell :> but make the shockwave move much faster 'cause it's much cooler that way ^^
