i remade this system from scracth. It took about 5 mins to do. Here are the commands:
-all
-allies
-w player#
-setname *****
-namecolor *red,blue,white,or green*
-textcolor *red,blue,white,or green*

Yo Shaman I am making a Grand Theft Auto game thats gonna be EXTREMELY realistic and I think you can help. I want what people say to NOT appear where it normally does. Chillax. What they want to knwo is what it actuly DOES, not the commands. Like what does auto-talk do, that kinda thing.

it is a manual way of talking) -afk turns afk mode on WHISPERING SYSTEM: type in the persons name , a msg will pop up, saying next msg you make will whisper *name of player you typed* **THIS WAS A REQUEST***

Kinda cool, but I that messageing system is used more in Rps than RPGs... and one LOAP map... And also, someone making an RPG would probably have sufficient knowledge to make this system, because it it not really that hard. Anyway, I guess it's good to have here anyways because some people learn from seeing other triggers before theris get good...

this is not a spell

This is a msg system,.. commands are :
/auto-talk on( turns auto talk on)
/auto-talk off(turns auto-talk off)
-afk
--talk: (msg you wish to make)
*(then name you wish to be called)
to whisper a person just type there name in, i have set up sample , like i made blue's name blue, try whispering blue, like typing in blue,.... then a msg will pop up saying next msg will talk to blue,.. simple? HAPPY?!!

the msg make game text messages,... ok? this is usful, for rpgs.
