based on something that a character does in the wheel of time series. five second channel, then utter chaos, as lightning bolts shoot out and bounce off enemies, multiplying with each bounce. the end result: all enemies in a 1000 range are dealt damage
there is a small bug where it will not work if one of the first units it targets has under 200 health.
if you try to cast it multiple times among the group of peons, most of the casts after the first will not work, and if you use it amongst the tauren until they all have very little health, the same will happen.
however, if some of the units nearby have over 200 health, it will cast perfectly well on them, and bounce to the others, killing them.
