I like the ideas behind it but some of the spells are a bit choppy. Also lightning balls is totally unneccesary to trigger as you could just use Cluster rockets as a base. Either way good stuff, 3/5

I make it not MUI why i will make it easier to export and import this Spell and its not so really imprtant to make it Multi Instanceable. I have a System created for the "Arcane Competition" that make GUI (= Game Used Integer = Ingame Triggers) Multi Instanceable. 
none have to convert all his spell in JASS, but since redscore knows it (i guess), it would be useful to make it multi instanceable! how ever this doesnt affect my rating.

1: Sunburst, StaticBeam and Ice Elemental dont give bounty
2: I dunno if it has 2 do so many dmg but... the lvl 3 (or lvl 4) Frozen Nova kill a golden DRAKE in 1 time
