I used to have it do that, but I instead used if thens to catch the doodad model, and placed it overhead of the dummie unit.

problems:(that i had before.)
1. Custom doodads will need to be coded in everytime.
2. thats alot of doodads.

Ok i created a new model for thedoodads to be attached should work fine now.
well have not uploaded it yet but ya.
I know its lots of work but you could take the dummy making approache, then since its a unit you can make it face whatever you want
yea i was sad when i couldt order the doodads to move smoother, ill be trying though.

thanks, any tips now? it can be easily improved.
Its a lot better but it still looks kind of glitchy, like how the doodads spin all around, but i know theres not much more way to stop it, well at least now ill rate it, 3/5
Wow i uploaded he wrong version of this the yalready have been fixed will update when i get on my pc.

notice i do not want you to be able to move well when you grab an object.

heh i found, i also forgot to stop all my debugging.

Ok, updated. It saved in another folder and i grabbed the wrong one. this is the right one now. Should work fine if you find an error please do tell me.

another thing the orignal concept was going to put the destructable overtop of the casters head BUT, it posed many coding problems and did not allow for custom destructables without modifcation, however it is possible.

the floating text takes about a second to vanish.

the second numbers will show its lifespan.

update.added sound.
There are some serious problems with this spell, it was a good concept, which unfortunately has already been done, and this one was done badly I'm sad to say. Once I grabbed a doodad my guy started running circles trying to get away from the object that was tacked onto him, and once there was no target within range I was stuck with an ugly doodad stuck to my face. Also once I released it it did a sorta shaky shuffle towards the target then, more often than not, died before it even got close to the intended target. Also the text that seemed to scroll forever, what was that about? Well untill you fix the issues with this spell I am not going to rate it. When you make the doodad slide try using a 0.01 interval as opposed to a 0.1 second one, it ends up looking much smoother.
I hope next time you'll not use any special keys in the map name.
This can cause heavy problems in game.

Hope you'll accept it.
Downloading now....
Will Rate it later perhaps.
