be sure to download wc3vieuwer and take lots of previeuw-looks with it. then you can see either the wrapping is as you please, if shading looks good, if the portrait works with you (eyelids can be a pain in the ass with some rad plans)

Like Sansui said, this does lack decent shading. Ever used the lazy tools, "Dodge and burn?". If you have Adobe Photoshop...use the burn tool to create shadows. Use the dodge tool to brighten certain parts. Another way is to just use different colors to create shading.
I think its better to just manually set the colors to darker and lighter...if you have a basic understanding of lighting and shadowing, this will give a much more realistic effect when skinning.
