Help about How to Import Spells in your map!

I need help about it. I saw the triggers of Time Stop by Darky but it is written as "Text" I don't know how to copy it. Back to the subject, I don't know how to import spells. Is it just copying the triggers?

You open the map and copy the trigger and ability then open ur regular map and paste both.(make sure to not close the world editor at all) If it is JASS change the 4 letter code for the spell that u copied. You can get this by using the object editor and Display as raw data thingy.

Note:You might have to make several trips in coping a lot of triggers or spells. With triggers you can copy and paste the folder if there is to many triggers.
