i have a problem

how come some older models that i want when i try to download them and when i try to extract them when i hit 'extract all' nothing happens?and i know it should work because ive seen the models in other maps and such.so can somebody help me out here?

Sometimes extracting it won't help. You may have to use a program like WinZip or WinRar to extract the files. Do read the red text before downloading anything about extracting files.
