Keeping a effect above the caster

I'm using a spell called Ice Quake, which is in the dl section. It is a normal ability that uses starfall, but I want there to be a certian special effect above the caster for the entire 40 second casting period. As of now it is only there for the first five seconds. Whatever your suggestion, it needs to be multi instance for atleast 10 players.

Go to buffs/effects in Object Editor and look at Night Elf - Starfall (Target). Copy-paste this and change the Art - Target field to Blizzard (or whatever effect you want). Then go to your spell and change the Starfall (Target) buff with the buff created. That is all.

if you need an attachement, try using a buff, and use starfalls buff but give it the duration of 40 seconds, and use the attachement of wat you want it to look like, and then attach it to the "origin"
