Being a moderator can be difficult stuff. I worked and helped people around a lot (spell making), I learnt JASS and in the last period, I involved into rule breaking as well by reporting people, since the spells forum was quite deserted from mods, oh, and I've been active a lot. That's kinda it for me!

Simple, create your own forum site. You can be an admin and moderator at the same time. 
I will just pm you the link for good free forum hosting company if you are interested. Btw, if you decided then hire me to make your web/home page. I will just send you the htm page.
