Custom Colors

How can I get custom colors into a map i.e. into a spell description?

Come now, someone must know.

Use the color manager in the tools section. It gives you all the color codes.

Sigh... I have downloaded Color Manager 2.8. Then, I unstuffed it. Then I double clicked on the program and guess what.... it doesn't boot. It doesn't even do anything. I'm running a mac currently. It shows the expanding thing (when a program is launched, the image expands), but it doesn't activate. It doesn't even pop up in my bar. What's going on?

I Know

Hi, I am new and join mainly to answer this question (I hope). It looks like you want the text to change colors I might be wrong about that but this is how you change text colors.
|cff000000Text goes here|r that is the basic format to make text different colors but you need to change the 6 zeros to different values. Every two zeros represents a
color.
|cff<-(dontchange)00<-(Red)00<-(Blue)00<-(Green)Text|r
Every pair is written hexadecimal. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F) and represents the amount of tint. This is more than likly too complicated for you so
here. Replace the values on this website with the 6 zeros to get whatever you want color.

I hope this helps you and I am glad to be a Wc3sear.ch member.
Question: Is is just my computer or can anyone else get to wc3campaigns because i can't?
#6
Thanks.

One, that was simple to understand; you were clear as crystal.

Two, the answer to your question, is: Yes, it must be your computer/connection or something because I can get to wc3campaigns.com.

When you tried to get on wc3campaigns, you might have tried to access it when the site/server was down. Try again later.

Edit: Ok, maybe not clear as crystal. Can you give me an example of pure red?

2 Things

|cffff0000Peasant|r <- makes peasent's name red
First, the -> | <- is not a L or a I but the thing above the return key the shift+\ key. Second is that you don't include the # that is listed on the right-side of the site i gave when replacing the 6 zeros.
|cff00ff00Text|r <-green text
|cff0000ffText|r <-blue text

Thanks, it works. Now, how do I make orange?

Dragon_LordThanks, it works. Now, how do I make orange?

80% red, 60% green, 10% blue

adjust green and red to change the orange tinting

in terms of number values
256,192,16 maybe (i don't feel like converting those to hex)

But what happens to the f's?
