The skin is imported, but appares very different

Ok, this is a weird problem, i import my skin, all nice and tidy, a little touch here and there! Its DONE! its imported.. its in my map, when i go to it its just Wings, its supposed to be a robot gryphon, but all that comes up are wings, same with my custom paladin, the only thing that showed up when imported into world editor was a Cape.. please help me, its screwing me up bad....

well...sounds like corupt alpha chanels.
you should:
1. redo the skin
2. cnp the existing corrupt uv RBG chanel over a new paladin or gryrphon.
3. change the file to 256x256 becuase that might have messed the alpha chanels and keep it 24bits.

thats all i can think of...
