Can't download files

Whenever I try to I get a 'You are restricted from XXX(put name of file in XXX)' page. And this isn't for a few files-they're for EVREY file.

What happaned?

if you have parents ( as if

), you're probabyl restricted from downloading. or your using a crappy broser. use internet explorer if you have a pc, but safari is best for dling mac. or pc. cept it doesnt run for pc.

I had some friends dl them....have the same problem. Also, this only occurs in the skins ection.
